Silvia Senna
Silvia Senna born in Milan in 1968 after the Art School, she continued her studies in advertising graphics, entering the world of work in an architecture studio. The passion for design has found its natural outlet in work, but art has been much more present, the ever greater commitment to become a life path. Over the years the artistic path has always been the subject of continuous research and experimentation, from the figurative to the conceptual synthesis. In continuous evolution it has now landed on urban visions, the reading of the treatise "Liquid modernity" by sociologist Zygmunt Bauman, was decisive in the new path where the verticality of his city was the starting point for moving through the city streets, chasing and breathing the speed of a constantly changing metropolis. His travels through the streets begin to linger in front of the buildings until he enters them, in search of an inside that is the key to reading an outside, the observation points are expanded. “My liquid architectures live a transitory reality, placing the accent on the vision of our destination that is no longer certain and safe as it was for our ancestors. We live in a fragility, a provisionality dictated by vulnerability and a tendency to constantly change in order to be alive. The only constant is change, the only certainty is uncertainty. "
In the search for the solidity of things and their meaning, the liquefaction was triggered which from an adversary was transformed into an ally as a social flow. The relationship between time and space is changeable, not preordained. Everything is constantly subject to moods, the wind, the ideas that live and move, leaving trails of thought pursued and pursued, because we have become involuntary nomads.
